Welcome to Ndudu by Antoinette Gilbert.
Learn about the art of mixing African and European ingredients to create amazing dishes. The class covers selecting ingredients, mixing herbs, spices, creating flavours and food presentation. A perfect class for the real foodie. All our classes are taught in an informal environment where the emphasis is on creating amazing dishes.
We provide aprons and recipe cards. Just bring along a pen and notepad to take some notes. You will leave with what you prepared and an Ndudu goodie bag which includes some recipe cards.
All lessons are taught in my state of the art Kitchen, with an open view to an exotic garden. Ideal for beginners and professionals alike. If you are a complete novice, please email us, firstname.lastname@example.org for a one on one tuition.
